Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation of the treatment plan or surgery for any reason, the cost of the treatments already performed will be deducted according to the official tariff, and the remaining amount specified in the contract will be refunded to the patient.
Refund Policy
If the treatment plan is canceled for any reason and the corresponding payment was made in cash, please note that the refund process may take up to seventy-two (72) working hours. The hospital shall not bear any responsibility for any delays within this period.
Admission Policy
All medical documents must be uploaded, and following the initial consultation and the physician’s evaluation, the initial surgery date is reserved with prior coordination and a deposit payment.
Privacy Policy
All patient medical records are archived with strict confidentiality and are provided exclusively to the medical staff and the attending physician.
House Rules
In the event of an extended hospitalization period or a modification in the patient’s treatment plan, the additional charges will be added to the contract as an addendum.

Can I change or cancel my booking?
To cancel, open the booking in “My bookings”, tap “Cancel booking”, add a reason if you like, and confirm. There's no reschedule button in the app, so to move to another time, book the new slot and then cancel the old one, or contact LSevin support for help. Paid amounts may be refundable depending on the provider's policy, which you'll find under “Provider policies”.
