LSevin Products and Services

LSevin puts the parts of a health trip in Iran into one account: the doctor, the hospital, the hotel nearby, the care you need while you recover, and the transport between them. You can also use it for wellness on its own, from a gym membership to a city tour or an order from the shop.

Every service on LSevin is delivered by an independent provider. LSevin shows you the options, takes the booking and the payment, and stays your contact if something goes wrong.

Clinics, hospitals and specialists

Search by treatment, specialty or city, or browse providers on the map. Each provider page shows its services, prices, location, photos and the policies it has published. Specialist pages list the certifications and memberships the doctor has provided.

You can filter the results to show only providers with the Accredited badge, which LSevin administrators assign. For treatment as an international patient, check the facility on the Ministry of Health IPD list at iht.behdasht.gov.ir as well.

Medical hotels and in-hotel care

After many procedures you need to stay in the city for follow-up visits. LSevin shows hotels close to hospitals so you can pick one by distance. Where the hotel and city offer it, you can add care to the booking, such as nurse visits or transfers to the hospital.

Your treating physician decides what level of care you need. In-hotel care supports your recovery and does not replace hospital visits.

Add-ons for a full trip

Some services can be booked together with extras from other providers, for example a hotel, a translator, home nursing, airport and city transfers or a tour. Services delivered at your address, such as home nursing, ask for the address during booking.

Free consultation and video visits

A free consultation is a callback from an LSevin advisor. Leave your name, phone number and the best time to call. The advisor helps you compare providers and plan dates.

A video consultation is a paid appointment with a doctor. You pick a day and time (Tehran time), describe your problem and can attach up to 10 files such as test results or photos. The length and price are shown before you book, and the call runs in your browser with nothing to install.

Tours

Book a seat on a scheduled tour departure. Each tour page shows the meeting point, the itinerary and the cancellation policy that applies to your booking. If the operator cancels a departure, your payment for it is refunded in full.

Gym memberships

Choose a gym and a monthly plan, then select the months you want to pay for. If you paid by bank transfer, enter the reference number and the gym's payment is reviewed before the month is marked paid.

LSevin shop

Order products online and pay at checkout. You choose a delivery method, see its cost and estimated delivery time before you pay, and follow the order with the carrier's tracking number once it ships. Coupons can take money off the order or make delivery free.

Wallet and payment options

Your LSevin wallet holds money you top up and refunds credited to you. Top up with an online card payment or a bank transfer with a receipt upload, then pay for bookings from the balance.

For many bookings you can also choose to pay part now and the rest at the place. Plans let you pay 20, 50 or 80 percent up front, and the addition for each plan is shown before you confirm.
