About LSevin
Last updated:
LSevin helps you book clinics, specialists, hotels near hospitals, tours and gyms in Iran, and buy health products, with a free consultation before you book.
LSevin (السوین in Persian) is a booking platform for health travel and wellness in Iran. On one site you can find clinics, hospitals and specialists, book a hotel close to your hospital, add care during your stay, join a tour, pay for a gym membership and order products from the LSevin shop. The service runs at lsevin.com and is also available at lsevincare.com.
Who LSevin is for
Patients travelling to Iran from abroad, including Iraq, the Gulf states and Afghanistan, who need treatment, accommodation and local transport to fit together on the same dates.
Patients inside Iran who travel from their own city to Tehran, Mashhad or Shiraz for treatment and need a hotel for the follow-up visits.
Companions travelling with a patient, and anyone who wants to book a hotel, a tour, a gym or a wellness service in Iran.
What LSevin does
LSevin is an intermediary. The clinics, hospitals, doctors, hotels, tour operators and gyms on the platform are independent providers. They deliver the service, set their own prices and policies, and remain responsible for the care or service they give you.
LSevin publishes their information, takes your booking, collects payment where online payment is offered, and coordinates between you and the provider. When something goes wrong with a booking, LSevin support is your first point of contact.
LSevin does not give medical advice and does not choose your treatment. Your treating physician makes that decision. LSevin also does not issue visas or medical invitation letters. For international patients the invitation comes from a facility licensed by Iran's Ministry of Health, and travel arrangements go through a licensed health tourism company.
How a booking works
Ask first. The free consultation request takes your name, phone number and a preferred time to talk. An LSevin advisor calls you back. Sending the request does not change any booking you have already started.
Choose a provider. Provider and service pages show the price, the location and the policies the provider has published, such as its cancellation terms. Some providers carry an Accredited badge. Only LSevin administrators can set that badge; providers cannot add it to their own profile.
Book and pay. You see the total before you pay. Depending on the service, you pay the full amount online, pay part now and the rest at the place, or book without paying in advance. Online payments in Iranian rial go through the Zarinpal gateway, and you can also pay from your LSevin wallet.
Keep track. Your bookings, invoices, wallet history and support conversations are kept in your account. You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent to it.
Trust and verification
LSevin displays the Enamad electronic trust seal, ID 7764782. Enamad is the trust-seal programme for online businesses in Iran. Click the seal on the site to open its record on trustseal.enamad.ir.
If you are travelling from abroad for treatment, check that your hospital or clinic appears on the Ministry of Health list of facilities licensed to admit international patients (IPD licence) at iht.behdasht.gov.ir. Our guide to licensed hospitals walks through the check step by step.
Languages and currencies
You can use LSevin in Persian, English and Arabic. The interface is also available in Turkish, Kurdish, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Tajik and Chinese. Visitors in Iran see prices in rial or toman. Visitors from other countries see prices in another currency, usually the currency of the country linked to their phone number.

Frequently asked questions
Is LSevin a hospital or a clinic?
No. LSevin is a booking platform. The treatment, stay or service is provided by the independent clinic, hospital, hotel or other provider you book with.
Does LSevin issue visas or invitation letters?
No. For a medical visa, the invitation comes from a facility licensed by Iran's Ministry of Health, and a licensed health tourism company handles the travel side. LSevin helps you line up the dates for treatment, hotel and transfers.
Is the consultation free?
The consultation request, where an LSevin advisor calls you back, is free. A video consultation with a doctor is a separate paid service, and its length and price are shown before you book.
What does the Accredited badge on a provider mean?
It is a flag that LSevin administrators set on a provider profile. Providers cannot set it themselves. For international treatment, also check the facility on the Ministry of Health IPD list at iht.behdasht.gov.ir.
How do I sign in?
With your phone number. LSevin sends a one-time code to that number, and there is no separate password to remember.
