Nikan Sepid Hospital was inaugurated in Esfand 1401 (February–March 2023) as the largest and most modern private hospital in eastern Tehran. With 250 inpatient beds and an 11-floor facility, it is equipped with the latest global medical technologies.
Nikan Sepid has 20 specialized and subspecialized operating rooms, intensive care units (ICU, CCU, NICU, and cardiac surgery ICU), and advanced centers for cardiology, oncology, infertility treatment (IVF), radiotherapy, and chemotherapy. It also provides a wide range of medical services in fields such as neurosurgery, orthopedics, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, internal medicine, gastroenterology, and pulmonology.
Its outpatient services include specialized and subspecialized clinics, a 24-hour emergency department, advanced imaging facilities (MRI, CT scan, ultrasound, and more), genetic and clinical laboratories, physiotherapy, speech therapy, audiology, and a specialized pharmacy.

Policies
In the event of cancellation of the treatment plan or surgery for any reason, the cost of the treatments already performed will be deducted according to the official tariff, and the remaining amount specified in the contract will be refunded to the patient.
If the treatment plan is canceled for any reason and the corresponding payment was made in cash, please note that the refund process may take up to seventy-two (72) working hours. The hospital shall not bear any responsibility for any delays within this period.
All medical documents must be uploaded, and following the initial consultation and the physician’s evaluation, the initial surgery date is reserved with prior coordination and a deposit payment.
All patient medical records are archived with strict confidentiality and are provided exclusively to the medical staff and the attending physician.
In the event of an extended hospitalization period or a modification in the patient’s treatment plan, the additional charges will be added to the contract as an addendum.
