Cancellation Policy
Members must attend the classes within one week of registration; otherwise, the sessions will be counted and forfeited.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only possible in case of a specific problem and within one week of registration, according to the regulations of the relevant authority: 90% before using the services, 80% after one session, and 50% after two sessions. After three sessions, whether attended or not, no refund will be provided and the remaining sessions will be forfeited.
Admission Policy
An in-person visit and coordination with the gym must also be carried out.
House Rules
Indoor shoes must be separate, clean, and washed. Please shower before attending classes. The use of mobile phones and taking photos inside the gym is prohibited. Please use a personal towel as a mat. The entry and exit card has a separate fee, which must be paid in person.

Can I change or cancel my booking?
To cancel, open the booking in “My bookings”, tap “Cancel booking”, add a reason if you like, and confirm. There's no reschedule button in the app, so to move to another time, book the new slot and then cancel the old one, or contact LSevin support for help. Paid amounts may be refundable depending on the provider's policy, which you'll find under “Provider policies”.
