In case of cancellation, the reception must be contacted at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to request the cancellation.
In case of cancellation without prior notice or with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will not be refundable due to the inability to replace the appointment.
To change the appointment time, the reception must be contacted by phone at least 24 hours in advance.
If you do not attend at the scheduled time, your appointment will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refundable. A new appointment will be scheduled according to the clinic’s reception schedule.
