Amidst this, several physicians and managers working at Milad Hospital—who had experienced parts of this system at Milad but found the full implementation of their beliefs difficult and complex—aimed to create a hospital different in healthcare services, particularly in viewing patients as family members and serving them with compassion and kindness just as one would their own family. Consequently, they established a hospital based on kindness toward oneself, colleagues, society, and patients, named “Nikan.”

House Rules
In the event of an extended hospitalization period or a modification in the patient’s treatment plan, the additional charges will be added to the contract as an addendum.
